Respire Creative is an Oakland production company that specializes in branding through documentary style filmmaking. Their work blends Art + Story as a way to connect with audiences in a compelling way. The company was conceived by local filmmakers KimberLee Webber and Jeff Arthur. They’re both self-taught artists who use photography and film to uplift stories about communities of color from all around the world.

ABOUT US
JEFF ARTHUR is a self-taught artist who began directing videos out of necessity- to marry visuals to his own music. However, it wasn't long before Jeff also became enamored with filmmaking.

KIMBERLEE WEBBER is an Oakland native. Before working as a filmmaker, she spent many years in the service industry. During that time, she experienced the harsh working conditions that low-wage workers endure.
